Create memories at our two-bedroom fun-size house located on a private resort, steps away from the Colorado river. This house includes private parking with enough room for your cars and toys. When you're not on the water you can cook in our fully stocked kitchen, BBQ or sit back and relax while watching a movie on one of the smart TVs. This family friendly resort features a boat launch and pool/spa so you can enjoy your vacation on the river, relax on the private beach, or hangout by the pool. The spacious patio has plenty of seating for guests, and a propane BBQ. Living room has smart TV, access to Wifi, and complimentary Youtube TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, cooking utensils, knives, pots and pans, coffee maker, cups and plates, microwave, oven, and refrigerator. The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, and smart TV. The upstairs loft is very spacious, has two full size beds, with plenty of bedding. The bathroom has a full shower, stocked toilet paper, hairdryer, and 6 guest towels. This resort has gated access. There is private drive way parking for 2 full size cars and plenty of room for toys. There is overflow parking outside of the resort. Access to private boat launch and beach, both are steps away from the house. Guest will have access to the resort pool/spa. Also there is a club house with access to washer and dryer facilities. The resort also hosts a karaoke night every Saturday night! I wont be available in person but feel free to contact me 24/7, and ill do my best to help solve any problem. Although boating is big in the summer months the surrounding area is also full of off road adventures. The desert terrain provides great fun for jeepers, and off road enthusiasts. We do have a central air system that works very well. Unfortunately we have the thermostat locked so our guests will not have access to temp adjustments, due to past guest lowering the temperature too low, and destroying our unit. We had to replace the unit.. We lock the temperature at 76 degree, during hot summer months, but we did install a window unit as well to help keep the house nice and cool, and so our guest can adjust the window unit to whatever temperature they like..
