TPT License 21148341 The space The house is a brick townhouse surrounded by mature AZ pine trees and wine grape vines in the yard. It has its own private entrance, patio/yard space, garage & driveway. It does share a brick wall with a neighbor but is very quiet. It is walking distance to the community pool and the large park, and biking or short drive to downtown. Guest access You have access to the whole house, including the 2 car garage, patio with fireplace, grill, and the two bikes we have for you to enjoy. There is also a highchair and pack n play for your use along with some kids toys and board games for everyone. Other things to note HOA does limit street parking to two hours, so best to park in the back driveway or garage. ***The pool is closed in the winter, Closes Nov 1, and opens March 1st
