Good morning! Thank you for considering my home for your vacation! While waiting to meet you, I will provide you with some useful information. The house is on the first floor with an elevator. We are in Fiumicino, a seaside town that is very popular in summer. If you have a car, you can find free parking easily in front of the house and nearby. The place is safe. Around you have many ice cream parlors, pastry shops, restaurants, banks and supermarkets. We are waiting for you! The space Home Sweet Home is a renovated two-room apartment with modern tones located in a stately building of recent construction, in the center of the city. In the house you will find a small living room with a 2-seater sofa, table and chairs. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and season. You have 1 sponge and dish soap and 1 cloth. Windowed bathroom with shower and hair dryer, soap, washing machine with drying rack. Iron and ironing board. Double bedroom with 4-door wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers. Heating and air conditioning. Wi-Fi access included. The linen provided is from top-quality hotels for both the bathroom and the bed (if you prefer to bring your own, let me know). Upon request, we provide a camping bed for children. Finally, you have a large balcony for exclusive use with a side view of the marina. Only small pets are allowed (a contribution is required for extra cleaning). Guest access The apartment is on the second floor, internal 6, of a modern, recently built building, accessed via a glass elevator or a comfortable staircase. Other things to note - The apartment is not equipped with a dishwasher. -At check-in, guests must provide government-issued IDs and sign the tourist rental agreement. - Respect the days defined for door-to-door separate collection only for stays longer than 3 days, for stays of 2/3 days leave the trash in the bins of the house, we will take care of it - By resolution of the City Council of December 15, 2025, several amendments to the Accommodation Tax Regulations were approved, which provide for an increase in rates and will take effect on March 9, 2026: Tourist accommodation and short-term rentals €3.50 per person for a maximum of 10 nights, including for business purposes.
