Corner House

At the entrance to the village, just below the Largo da Escola, the Casa da Esquina was once a haystack where the late Uncle João Louro, owner of the land, kept the donkeys in charge of working the fields and carrying the straw and hay. It has 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, one of them with a beautiful balcony overlooking Travessa da Fonte, which still runs good water from the mine on the way to Eira do Sobreiro. On the ground floor there is a large living room, kitchenette and the typical original Alentejo fireplace rebuilt. Other things to note The pool is about 150m from this house.
