Relax with the whole family in the fully furnished Back Condo just steps from the sand. Entertain indoors, on the Patio or beach. Downtown Carpinteria is just a short walk to Fine Dining, Breweries, Shopping, Cafe’s or pamper yourself with massages, facials or manicures. Open concept with a large family room, dining room and modern kitchen with all new appliances. One bedroom and full bath downstairs and 3 bedrooms and two full baths upstairs and a Dry Sauna. New "Lisa Mattresses" upstairs. The space Open floor plan, travertine lower floors, granite kitchen, three marble bathrooms, fireplace, patio and spacious bedrooms. Guest access We have our own patio in front door of our unit for entertainment. The BBQ is yours to use and the beach is right there. On the way back from the beach on the walkway there is an outdoor shower with hot water for you to wash off the sand. There is also a hose at the bottom of the steps in case several come back at once. Other things to note This is a family home for rent, we keep it very clean. We are looking for renters that want and respect the same ideas. The condo has a quiet and relaxing vibe, all the neighbors are best friends. All the units are the original owners and take tremendous pride in the units and grounds. Always be respectful to the other tenants.
