Welcome to my home! I'm happy to welcome you to my lovingly furnished part of a shared house. The house has two separate entrances – your space is completely private, and only the large garden is shared. It's perfect for families, friends, or business travelers! The space Upon entering the apartment, you'll find a central hallway that leads to the kitchen, one of the bedrooms, and the bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The cozy kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, dishes, cooking utensils, and a washing machine – everything you need for your stay. The inviting dining area is perfect for shared meals and relaxing moments together. From the kitchen, you can access the second bedroom. Both bedrooms feature two single beds that can easily be pushed together to form a double bed. Each room also includes two desks with chairs and a spacious walk-in closet. One of the rooms also has a comfy sofa corner, ideal for cozy TV evenings. A true highlight is the spacious garden – especially great for families with children: football goals, a trampoline and plenty of outdoor seating make it a wonderful space to relax and enjoy. The garden is fully available for your use.
