Welcome to our Cozy Downtown Cottage a couple blocks from from Beautiful Downtown Exeter near shops and Restaurants and beautiful famous murals. Kaweah Lake and Three Rivers is short 20 mins drive and another 10 mins drive will land you at the south entrance of the Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks (Home of the world's largest tree). We want you to enjoy your stay and make your visit as enjoyable as possible!!! The space Recently remodeled our 1925 Built Cottage features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, we wanted to keep it as original as we could. A beautiful corner lot featuring a cozy porch and a covered patio that you can enjoy a morning coffee! Here are some features you may enjoy! Living room: - Smart television streaming with free access to Netflix. Dining Room: - Small kitchen appliances including a toaster, full refrigerator, Keurig, and microwave. Kitchen: -All of the cooking utensils you would need to cook up some delicious meals and dinnerware to serve it. -A brand new gas stove. -A cozy space with comfortabl furniture where you can unwind enjoy a glass of wine with a good book or just Relax! Bathroom: Extra towels, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, and other toiletries that you may have forgotten along the way. Bedrooms: Closets to hang clothing, extra blankets and pillows, and an iron. Guest access Parking: Private Parking under the carport/drive way in the back of the house. There is a church accross the street so during their services it may get busy but you will always have your own private park in your own drive way.
