Train Tracks Nearby: • Please be aware that there are train tracks in close proximity to our property. Trains pass by approximately three times a day, with most being fast Amtrak trains. While they provide a touch of nostalgia, it’s good to anticipate train sounds. 2. TV with Internet Only: • Our TV is set up for internet streaming only. To access your favorite shows and content, simply press the “Smart Hub” button on the remote control. 3. Fire Pit Fun: • A fire pit is available for your enjoyment. Please note that guests are responsible for bringing their own firewood to fuel those cozy fireside gatherings. 4. Charcoal Grill Provided: • We offer a charcoal grill for your outdoor culinary adventures. Don’t forget to bring your own charcoal to fire up the grill. 5. Daylight Check-In Recommended: • We recommend checking in during daylight hours if possible. Our rural area has minimal lighting at night, making it more challenging to locate the correct house after dark. 6. Cozy Neighbor Studio: • We have another listing at the back of the property, a small studio apartment. Rest assured, our guests enjoy their own private space. Designated parking in the driveway is provided, and if needed, overflow parking is available in the yard. 7. Identifying Our Property: • Our driveway is marked with a sign that reads “Sawyer Oasis - The Ranch - The Cozy Nook.” Additionally, our address sign is located at 7250 out front.
