It is offering 90 square meters of open space with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining, living, working and a sleeping area. The bathroom which has been completely renovated is separated from the open space by a glass door and has a spacious shower and full laundry facilities with washing machine and tumbler. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge and freezer. A long wooden high bar table not only offers social cooking together but also serves well for breakfast or lunch for two. The dining table hosts 6 people comfortably. Enjoy your evenings and time in the living area with reading, watching TV (on a 42” flat TV) or preparing for the next exciting day in CapeTown.
