Laundry is kindly reserved for our long stay guests (3+ nights) The space Spacious fully equipped basement suite, perfect for families or groups of any sort with a Private Entrance. Our place provides an open concept living & dining room complimented by a full sized kitchen. 2 bedrooms with 3 beds, and 1 bathroom with standup shower. Bar, Flat-screen TV, dishwasher, full-size fridge for food and bevies. Laundry for any long stay guests. Glass stove top & oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and a 12 cup coffee machine. Electric fire place, fan, and Filtered water. Bedroom #1 is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, & closet w/ hangers. Bedroom #2 is furnished with one double and one queen bed. There is also a desk & office chair. About us: We are a family with 2 kiddos under 4, we have 2x cats and 1x big dog named Roo. We love the Okanagan lifestyle & are knowledgeable about some of the many cool spots Kelowna has to offer for all sorts of interests. We will promise you a clean and relaxing space to enjoy, where you’ll feel comfortable and at home. Guest access Situated in Rose Valley. The private entrance will be accessed through our back yard. We encourage guests to park on the street as that is freely available at all hours to the community. Other things to note You have access to the rocky area & patio below. We limit to two pets. We do not allow guest pets to roam in our yard up top, dogs can be walked respectfully in our neighbourhood or welcome to “go” in the rocks. **Laundry is reserved for long stay guests only!** There is a late check out fee of $25. We highly suggest our guests to get travel insurance to avoid any conflicts with our cancellation policy. We will not go back and forth against our policy unless there is proof of extenuating circumstances or road closures. We prefer latest check in time to be 10:30PM as that is within quiet hours, and we are often not awake to attend to needs of our guests past this time.
