Central house (with three bedrooms, one bathroom and one living room); 2. Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, horizontal freezer and utensils; 3. Outside area of the barbecue with table and wood stove; 4. Pool room, outdoor bathroom and washing tank; 5. Pool with waterfall, all fenced next to the kiosk; 6. Small field with two goals and volleyball/shuttlecock net; 7. Playground and chicken coop (egg collection through the nest); 8. Entrance and parking through the two access gates; CAPACITY: Ideal for up to 10 people to sleep, and can be extended to 13 people. MAXIMUM CAPACITY: 15 people, requiring additional mattresses. LAYOUT: 1. Bedroom with a double bed (with extra mattress) and a single bed; 2. Room with two single beds; 3. Bedroom with king bed and a double bed; 4. Living room with retractable sofa that can be used as a bed; ACCOMMODATIONS (important): Up to 7 people sleep in beds, +2 sleep on the mattress, +2 sleep on the sofa, +2 sleep on the double sofa bed (although this is not very comfortable). BEDDING (important): It is necessary to bring bed linens, pillows, bedspreads/blankets and towels, except for the king-size bed sheet (which I provide). There are some items of this kind in the house, but they are for emergency use only, in case someone forgets to bring them. So, please bring them! All mattresses have covers. SPORTS/LEISURE: It has a sinucão with 8 tacos, two goals and a volleyball/peteca net. I do not provide balls or shuttlecocks, so you'll need to bring them for your use. Newly renovated cast iron playground. SWIMMING POOL: Depth of 1m, with waterfall, activated by a switch inside the machine house. Please do not tamper with the valves of the motor pump and filter assembly! PARKING: Ideal for 4 spaces. However, it can accommodate up to 6 cars, 3 in each gate. Four can stay on the covered balcony and another 2 can be in the open. Guest access RESTRICTED access: 1. Bedroom/pantry next to the kitchen; 2. Tool room near the gate; 3. Sauna (prohibited) next to the washing machine; 4. Janitor's cottage near the hen house. IT IS PERMITTED, provided it is for your own use and with awareness: 1. Harvest of ripe fruits (Barbados cherry, blackberry, jaboticaba, lemon, Tahiti lime, guava, sugarcane, ponkan, avocado, pitanga, pitaia and cajamanga, depending on the season); 2. Collecting free-range eggs (ISA Brown and Embrapa 051), through the nest, from the outside of the hen house.
