A car is not strictly necessary for this accommodation as the bus stops right in front of the building and it is within walking distance of the train station, which goes directly to Malaga Airport and downtown. The space The building has an elevator that takes you from the hallway where the apartment is located to the community garage where the private parking lot is located, so it is also an apartment that can be used by people with mobility issues. The property consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds, with access to the terrace from the 3 bedrooms, with built-in closets and 2 beautiful and bright bathrooms, one of them is inside the master bedroom. The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped with everything you need. It has a nice living/dining room, with access to the large sunny and clear terrace where there are fantastic views over the Mediterranean and Fuengirola. The terrace is equipped with living room furniture, dining room and gas barbecue. Inside the laundry room, which is accessed through the kitchen, you can have a washer and dryer. The apartment has hot/cold air conditioning throughout the accommodation, fiber/wifi internet and a community pool.
