We look forward to seeing you with our little dog Oropa :) The space Cascina Colombaro is a charming historic farmhouse surrounded by greenery, wheat fields, wild hills, and forests rich in biodiversity. The property has been transformed into a sustainable oasis thanks to the use of photovoltaic panels, water and energy savings, synergistic garden and reuse of materials, all while respecting the surrounding environment. Here you can find peace and relaxation, or adventure and fun, experiencing nature in an active way. Nearby, you can cycle and hike in the Monferrato hills, along the VenTo cycle path or on the Po-Monf trails. Your fellow guests will be the local flora and fauna, which we respect with dedication: from colorful butterflies to fox cubs, from majestic oaks to small flowers that feed the bees, from the song of birds to the footprints of roe deer near the house. In the silence and tranquility of the countryside, but not far from everyday comforts, you can get to know our rescued hens and sheep, pamper our dog, have fun with board games, archery, or cool off in the sustainable pool. The rooms are decorated with a "travel" theme, with a prevalence of sustainable and zero-impact products. You can stay in the warm African savannah, in the South American suite, in the Japanese room or in the "Italian hazelnut grove" themed room. Guest access The private parking (unattended) is located at the back of the house, easily accessible from both roads that lead to the farmhouse. Inside the property, you will find a fully fenced one-hectare garden, ideal for the safety and enjoyment of your children and pets. In addition, the property offers several hectares of land and free forest, perfect for exploration and outdoor activities, ensuring a boundless space to let your dogs and children run in total freedom.
