The space Located in the popular Sugartree II complex, access to the Snubber chair lift mid station is just outside the door. A dedicated ski locker is available onsite. A propane fireplace provides warmth and ambience with a heat pump to provide air conditioning in summer and warmth in the winter. This central location can't be beat with the Shipyard Brewhaus nearby and the Sugarloaf base area just a short walk, ski, chair ride, or shuttle away. You can also grab a bite at the attached Sports and Fitness Center Cafe, and coin operated laundry is available there too.
