Brand new, luxury saltwater pool / spa (opened Christmas 2025)! This is the mother-in-law style suite on my boutique cottage property, centrally located in West Palm Beach: under 10 minutes to downtown, beautiful Palm Beach Island; and the airport (PBI). There are just two other rentals on the property, and this is a family-owned property. Look for the door marked with the letter “C”. 💎 What to Expect: - This is a boutique-hotel style property with shared outdoor space and just three small suites. Guests tend to be quiet and respectful of others on the property. - Your host, yours truly, lives in the front villa part of the year and is available for issues, questions or emergencies. If I see you I like to say hi :) - Small weekly cleaning fee for stays over 1 week 🛎️ In-Suite Amenities include: - shower with body wash, shampoo, conditioner - hair dryer - steam iron - stocked kitchen with: coffee, sugar, creamer (pour over style or brew coffee); mini conventional toaster oven; George Foreman style electric indoor grill/sandwich maker; microwave; full size refrigerator - filtered water pitcher - lush queen bed - smart TV 🏡 About the Neighborhood: This is an older, charming neighborhood that’s incredibly safe (no crime here!). The location is unbeatable—less than a mile from the Intracoastal and the Mar-a-Lago bridge to Palm Beach Island. 👥 🛎️ Shared Amenities You’ll Love: - Saltwater pool & spa (SPA HOURS: 7am-11pm). Enjoy a cold salt plunge in the pool after the spa - we do not heat the pool! 🧖‍♀️ - BBQ grill 🍗 - Patio table for outdoor meals 🍽️ - Beach cruisers (3) for leisurely rides along Flagler Drive 🚲 - Inflatable paddleboards (2) 🚣 - Beach gear (chairs, cooler, umbrella) 🏖️ - Tesla charger (available with advanced request and approval) 🔌 🫧 Washer/Dryer Usage Notice Please note that the on-site washer and dryer use must be requested and directions for use will be provided. Designated hours of use: Morning: 7 AM - 10 AM Evening: 7 PM - 8 PM 📍Local Attractions & Conveniences • Antique row. • Flagler DriveLocal Attractions: • Walk to Publix supermarket (just 2 blocks away), • • Stunning Ocean Blvd and Palm Beach Public Beach (3 miles away). • Downtown/Rosemary Square (3 miles away). • Dining Options: Treat yourself to our local cuisine with fantastic restaurants within 1-2 miles, including Havana, Lenoras Kitchen (on Dixie), Table 26, Troy's BBQ, Rhythm Cafe, Cholo Soy Cocina, El Segundo - to name a few! 📝 Friendly Reminders • 🚗 Parking Notice: Please note that parking is street-only; there is no driveway parking available. • 👥 Shared Spaces: The guesthouse is approached through a shared driveway - you'll find Suite B at the back building on the right hand side, situated with perfect pool views 😌 ⏰ Early Check-In/Bag Drop: We will do our best to accommodate early check-ins or bag drops when possible, please inquire. 😞 Cancellations: I have a cancellation policy in place with Airbnb, but recommend you opt for travel insurance if there is a chance you won't make it. On top of this, I also do offer full or partial refunds if you have a change of plans and the nights get re-booked. This means, you just need to cancel as soon as you know you can't make it. This will open up the calendar, and I will refund you the amount of any new bookings ☺️ 🐶 SERVICE ANIMAL NOTICE: If you have a service animal, please understand there will be an extra cleaning fee of $75, same as the fee charged to others with pets. This is a cleaning fee which is out of my hands. We also need to know when there will be a pet on the property so please include him/her with your reservation. Thank you for understanding! Guest access You'll have full access to the private mother-in-law suite, complete with its own entrance at the back of the driveway (look for the door marked “C”). Inside, you'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living space, and a private bathroom—all yours to use throughout your stay. In addition to your suite, guests are welcome to enjoy these shared amenities on the property: - BBQ grill and outdoor patio table 🍗 - 5 beach cruisers for exploring 🚲 - 2 inflatable paddleboards for water adventures 🚣 - Beach essentials: chairs, cooler, and umbrella 🏖️ - Tesla charger (available upon advanced request and approval) 🔌 While other guests may be staying in the nearby suites, the property remains quiet and respectful for everyone. Street parking is conveniently available right in front of the property.
