1-bedroom unit in Cronulla

Nice ground floor unit in a quiet small block located minutes from the main precinct beaches and the esplanade. There is NO parking in the lane but free on-street parking and it's a flat 5-minute walk from the train station. The unit has Wi-Fi, beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella for your use. I've added a high chair and travel cot. There is a mattress topper, in case you find the mattress too firm. I prefer long term stays, and there are discounts for weekly and monthly stays. The space The unit has a Queen size bed with all linen and towels supplied. The kitchen is well appointed and has basics for cooking including oil, salt and pepper. Feel free to use my food in the cupboard/fridge. Since I sometimes live there too, you find boxes labeled with 'personal' on top of the wardrobe. There is no air con but 2 ceiling fans, which I find very effective. Guest access There is no designated car park at the small block but free street parking. A short 5 minute walk from the Train Station. Very close to supermarkets, bottle shop, Restaurants and Cafes. A car is not needed to enjoy the area. Great Beaches very close by and local rock pools.
