The home has 2 bathrooms, as well as access to the washer and dryer. The home is 1,200 sq. ft. There are 2 bedrooms and a nursery. A raised, Serta queen-sized air mattress is available on request. A smart tv (with access to Xfinity Flex TV, Netflix, and Disney+) and wireless internet is included. Towels and linens are included in the rental. 1 small dog is permitted, but if there are any accidents in the house, a cleaning surcharge will be assessed. The backyard is fenced in, and food bowls can be made available on request. Guest access I have a charcoal grill in the backyard. You are welcome to use it. Please pull it away from the house when in use, and put the cover back on after it has cooled.
