Welcome to Oma's Haus! A beautiful home located in Original South Boise where BSU, a grocery store, Boise's river greenbelt, parks, many restaurants and bars are just blocks away! At less than two miles it is a short drive, bike ride or a pleasant walk to the heart of downtown. Centrally located it is just minutes to all the Treasure Valley has to offer! Booking guest must be 23 years of age or have had a previous favorable stay at Oma's Haus to book and may be asked to verify age with photo ID. The space Primary parking is in the small garage in the back alley behind the home. Street parking is restricted. See 'Guest access' below for more information. The space is perfect for 4 adults, but it is possible to sleep up to 6 guests for a $5/night/adult fee. The house itself is a 1000 square feet 'skinny house' with many windows and lots of natural light! Upstairs, there is a small full bathroom and one bedroom that includes a queen bed and one twin click-clack couch bed. On the first floor is the living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry, a bathroom and a bedroom. The first floor bedroom has one queen bed and a pack-n-play crib. The living room is bright and airy with 20 foot ceilings and includes highly rated, double sofa bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress and a swiveling, rocking recliner. The small dining room seats 4 comfortably, but there are 2 more foldable chairs making it possible to seat 6. There is the ability to seat 2 more guests for dining at the breakfast bar in the living room. The laundry closet holds full sized, stackable washer and dryer. The upstairs bedroom with en suite bathroom has shuttered windows, with decorative rails for your safety, that open and look down into the living room area. The small backyard is fully fenced. Guest access Parking is primarily in the 2 car garage accessible by alley in the rear of the home. Access the garage by garage door keypad and garage door opener. The garage snugly accommodates 2 mid-sized vehicles. Garage dimensions are 19ft 9in length/depth by 18ft width. Garage door dimensions are 15ft 10in width by 6ft 10in height. The garage is not suitable for large pick-up trucks/vans. Street parking is restricted to 1 hour Monday through Friday 7am-4pm. Unrestricted street parking in front of home after 4pm until 7am and on weekends. Contact us for assistance with extra vehicles or vehicles that do not fit in garage as we do have one parking pass available for street parking. Other things to note Child safety gate available for bottom of stairs and closable door at top of stairs for your toddler's safety. Outlet covers are available to cover all electrical outlets at toddler level for your child's safety. High chair also available.
