The space Permit #201010 First level has two bedrooms, one with a king and one with a new bunk bed that has a double on bottom along with a pullout bed, and a full bath. Second level has the living room, kitchen, dining and as well as two bedrooms, one with a king and one with two twins and another full bath. This home also offers a private back deck with a charcoal barbecue for family gatherings. There is an additional fridge in the garage for extra food or drinks, along with the washer and dryer. This home is centrally located on the Monterey Bay with easy access to Santa Cruz and Monterey. Enjoy everything this incredible area has to offer. Whale watching, fishing, long walks on one of the largest beaches in the area. Close proximity to beautiful redwood forest, for hiking and biking. Guest access Guest will have full access to the home. There is plenty of parking for four vehicles and beach supplies for your use. You will be given a garage remote upon check in along with keys. Other things to note Summer reservations; check in and out on Saturday only. Check in and out through the Cheshire Rio Realty office. Open 9-5 Monday through Saturday and 10-4 on Sundays. After hours check in available. Please notify the office if you plan on arriving after hours. Starter pack of paper products supplied including 3 toilet paper rolls per bath, 2 paper, sponge, dish soap and hand soap, plus cleaning supplies. We do not supply firewood or laundry detergent. Please check prior about toiletries supplied. Santa Cruz County does not permit single use plastic toiletries in rentals or hotels. KEYS: No keys will be issued to anyone under the age of 21 NO FIREWORKS: Fireworks are illegal and use of them will result in eviction from property and forfeiture of your deposit ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING; if you must smoke, please do so outside with the doors and windows closed. Smoking in the properties, or evidence of smoke in the properties will result in forfeiture of your deposit. NO PETS ALLOWED, except in designated properties. Violation of the pet rules may result in forfeiture of your deposit. WIFI, CABLE, PGE RECEPTION IS NOT GUARANTEED BY CHESHIRE RIO REALTY. Refunds are not normally given if these services are interrupted during your stay by the service provider. ITEMS THAT MAY RESULT IN AN EXTRA CHARGE: Please note for extended stays over 10 days we require a mid week housekeeping service which includes interchanging the linens and cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, surfaces. This would be an additional charge which is dependent on the length and size of home. • Lost or missing keys: Could be charged for a full re-key of the property • Lost parking/gate passes or remotes: 150.00 each • Overcrowding or excessive noise: Forfeiture of deposit • Stains on carpet or furniture • Furniture not put back in the original position • Lost or missing TV or AV remotes • Broken screens, windows, furniture etc: Repair or replacement cost • Excessive trash: $35-$100, depending on amount • Late departures without approval: $25.00 per 15min intervals. • Excessive sand left in property $35.00 per housekeeper • Property left excessively dirty $35.00 per housekeeper
