I can work with you pricewise on stays longer than 30 days.   Meticulously cleaned- My home is cleaned daily by me, the owner, long time host and nationally known artist. The parlor, living room, and formal dining room exhibit my most beautiful hand-painted historic map collection of the Mississippi River that lend themselves perfectly to this enchanting home with lots of character. Stocked Kitchen-great for foodies.... pots and pans, an industrial natural gas stove, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, freezer space and shelf space in EX large refrigerator, and dedicated pantry space just for this room.  There is a breakfast nook and a front porch to enjoy your morning coffee, condiments, spices, and staples such as butter, bread, oatmeal, and eggs to start your day off right.  We have a Keurig with reusable and new k cups, an assortment of tea, and fresh coffee. French press and percolator available upon request.   Walkable-  Organic food store and small markets available within walking distance. Also a friendly driver is available to help shuttle you to grocery runs so you can save more money and not rent a car. 4 blocks from Mayo, viterbo, wwtc, and less than a mile from Gunderson and UWL. Close to downtown fun. We have a driver that helps out medical staff who need to picked up at all hours too. Uber, instacart, hello fresh, walmart delivery are regular solutions for folks with no cars. Parking- plenty of street parking on this corner lot and two parking spaces on site. There is also a lit parking lot one door down. Linens- I provide linens which are washed weekly for you if you wish. Laundry detergent provided, extra large washer and drier to which you'll have access anytime. Quiet professional home -A quiet private atmosphere is our priority, so quiet hours will be in effect based on the working schedules of the nurses and medical students. No guests please. On that same note- the entire home was refurbished in 2021. All walls are freshly painted, floors refinished, and the entire home furnished with new furniture in December 2021. I would love sharing my home with you and help you feel successful, comfortable and at home. It is my pleasure to offer beautiful housing to such wonderful and trustworthy people. Other things to note Please note there is a small dog and long haired cat on the property sometimes. Also note- we have a great dishwasher and pots pans and the big stuff need to be washed and put away after use to keep the flow of the kitchen. Housekeeping is once or twice a week, If I'm here I clean all the time! Sometimes we have night workers who sleep until about 2, so we do request some quiet hours. also this is a private home, so for everyone's safety I ask that there be no guests unless i've met your guest a couple of time, and i prefer guests enjoy themselves in the community rooms, rather than the bedrooms.
