Welcome to the Phoenix Bar Package apartment. This unique and vintage apartment is a extension of our popular Inn The Heights complex. Located in popular Tampa Heights which makes up the urban core of Tampa.. The apartment itself is connected to Phoenix Plaza which originally consisted of a popular local bar and liquor store in the 1950's and 60'. This apartment was the original owner's residence. The apartment has been preserved exactly as it would have been in 1958. The space We are offering construction pricing since work is still on going to finish the backyard. We will be putting up a new fence and soon have outside seating. The location does have potential for noise being connected to a commercial plaza and on a busy road.
