The space This stylish apartment is on the second floor (if viewed from the street). Access is via stairs. Perfect for a solo traveller or a couple, the apartment includes a comfortable bedroom, a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to cook at home: a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, stove, oven, fridge, and microwave. We’ve stocked the cupboards with pans, glasses, utensils, and cooking basics like salt, pepper, and olive oil. The bathroom features a bathtub, a hairdryer, fresh towels, a bath mat, and essential toiletries neatly stored in the mirrored cabinet. The living room invites you to relax with a large dining table, a comfortable sofa, and a big-screen TV with cable channels. From here, step out onto a small balcony with a view of the street. In the bedroom, a generous 180x200cm bed awaits, dressed in fresh linens. You’ll also find a second TV, a wardrobe, and access to a tranquil balcony facing the inner courtyard—furnished with a table and two chairs for quiet mornings or cozy evenings. Guest access ** LAUNDRY ** A shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is available in the basement at no extra cost. Laundry detergent will be provided in the apartment. You’ll also find a basic iron and a mini ironing board in the apartment. A semi-professional iron and a full-size ironing board are available in the laundry area. ** PARKING ** Unfortunately, we do not have a dedicated parking space. Option 1: Blue zone street parking is available (free for 1 hour during the day, free overnight, and all day on Sundays). A 24-hour ticket costs CHF 16 and can be purchased at the tram stop ticket machine. Option 2: If you won’t need your car frequently during your stay, I may be able to offer a private parking space located two tram stops away.
