This studio cabin space has a full size bed & a comfortable couch along with a kitchenette with a microwave, coffee pot, mini-refrigerator, electric skillet, & toaster. The cabin offers plenty of comfort & a rustic vibe while still being minutes from South Toledo public boat launch, Sam Forse Collins Recreational Park, South Toledo Bend State Park, & Sabine ATV Park for your perfect nature retreat. You also have access to a covered picnic area with a grill & a fire pit with a cooking rack Other things to note We have 4 kayaks on site that are complimentary to all our guests. All guests also have full access to laundry 24/7, the picnic area with an outdoor dining table & seating, a large BBQ grill, a fire pit with a cooking rack, picnic tables, a 10X10 dog kennel, & electrical outlets for charging phones or hooking up a speaker while you grill.
