A short drive to El Paseo in Palm Desert, La Quinta, and world class golf courses and restaurants. This lovely 600 square feet, 1-bedroom condo is downstairs with a lovely wrap-around attached patio with gas BBQ and outdoor seating for 4. This condo is located in the prestigious "cove" of Club View condos. The condo is steps from a beautiful heated pool. There is a Queen bed in the bedroom, and a pull-out queen sleeper in the living room. All linens are supplied, including linens for the sleeper sofa. The condo has heating/air-conditioning, a mini-kitchen with stove, oven, cooking equipment, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, iron and board, cable TV in living room and bedroom and high-speed internet. Parking is free and convenient. There is no designated space so you can park in any available spot. The condo is in a safe, gated community. You will have access to all 3 heated pools. Laundry Rooms are available on site (no soap provided and exact change or smart phone GS app is required for coin-operated machines). GUEST ACCESS You have access to 3 lovely heated pools in the complex! Other things to note Monthly rentals have a $200 cleaning fee.
