Enjoy this cozy accommodation, for a family of 4, has 2 rooms It has everything you need for a stay for several days, a safe area and with very friendly neighbors. The lighting in the area is good, serenazgo and police watch the area frequently, it is easy access to the city center is 7 blocks from the center and 9 from the Mall Costa Mar, you can go walking or on mototaxi. The space It is a nice, safe and quiet apartment, it has a living room - dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, laundry and a bathroom. The first room has a double bed (small double) and the second room with 2 and a half square beds (single), fan. There is NO TV in the apartment, but we have great WIFI. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, you can walk to the center that is located 7 blocks away, there are shops nearby, market, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, all for a quiet stay. Guest access The laundry area can be used, itdoes not INCLUDE A WASHING MACHINE. You cannot enter another room or bathroom that are not included in the listing description because they will remain closed. Other things to note ONLY, when you enter, find toilet paper and towels in the rooms, if you want more cleaning products is for a FEE, there is an additional cost. It does not include cleaning products, matches, detergents, spices, oils or other food. We can leave more bags for trash, if your stay is longer than 3 days.
