Perthi Uchaf is an early 18 century farm cottage surrounded by 4 acres of land, less than 3 miles from the foot of Snowdon, Ideally placed for walking the mountains of Snowdonia and visiting the beautiful beaches of Anglesey. The property sleeps six in three bedrooms one en-suite and bathroom up stairs that has a bath tub with overhead shower. The comfortable lounge has a large inglenook with wood burner and a 50 inch smart tv. The kitchen diner has everything you need for your stay. The space A large wooden gate is at the entrance of Perthi Uchaf with a drive leading down to the house there is plenty of parking space to park up to three cars comfortably.The kitchen has an electric induction hop and electric cooker, Dishwasher, fridge freezer, and microwave. There is also a Range cooker in the kitchen that works the central heating, the dining table is also situated in the kitchen. The lounge has a large inglenook fire place with a wood burner, logs and coal are supplied during the winter months, there are comfortable seating around the the inglenook and a 50 inch smart tv. Upstairs there are three bedrooms one king size with en-suite which has a tv with Netflix the en-suite has an electric shower hand basin and toilet, there are two twin rooms that have two 3 foot twin beds in both there is also a bathroom with bath tub and overhead electric shower and toilet, there is an outhouse which has a washing machine and tumble dryer and where the barbecue is kept. The small garden at the front of the house has a table and chairs for outside dining in the summer months. The cottage is surrounded with three acres of land which may have our cattle grassing on them in the summer.
