Enjoy staying in a peaceful, safe neighborhood without compromising on location. This private basement rental is 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 10 minutes to the extensive mountain bike trails of Bent Creek, 10 minutes to Sierra Nevada and 20 minutes from the arts and breweries of downtown Asheville and the Biltmore house. This is the perfect basecamp for a well-rounded Asheville adventure. My wife, baby Miles, and I would love hosting you in our home. The space Guests have a private entrance with a keypad, as well as their own full bathroom. The room has a kitchenette complete with Keurig, mini fridge, microwave and basic paper goods. You will have plenty of space for adventure gear with your own walk-in closet and space for hanging two bikes in the shared garage space. There are also two chairs and two folding tray tables in your room. Though it is a full bathroom, the shower is narrow. Guest access Come and go as you please through your own entrance in the shared garage. Your space is reserved just for you and closed off from the rest of the home for your privacy. During your stay Hosts live on the first floor of this home and are available via a quick Airbnb message as needed. We live and work our normal lives upstairs and some noise can be heard, but we try our best to provide a great stay for those below.
