The fully equipped apartment is located relatively centrally in a small apartment block in Graz/Gries (near Citypark/Zentralfriedhof). The apartment is freshly renovated, newly furnished and offers comfort for up to 6 persons. Due to the proximity of public transportation and town centre, you'll love my place. Couples, traveling alone, business travelers, families and furry friends (pets) are welcome. In winter, the apartment can only be heated with the stove. The space Our approximately 72m² apartment is divided into a spacious bedroom, a bathroom with toilet, a large living area with a pull-out sofa and dining room, an extra room ( children's room) and a kitchen. The apartment is heated exclusively with a tiled stove for a pleasant warmth. We have to collect these from you and pass them directly on to the city of Graz. Because it is shared 1:1, it is not included in the Airbnb price and we will ask you to pay it in cash on site.
