Full access to all the space except the other guests rooms. The garage is extremely hot in the warm months. We are very social people with many years in the people businesses. Our cell phones are on 24/7 to make sure you are served as fast as possible. We can cater special occasions and special needs people can be assured of qualified nursing assistance if required. Pet sitting available and baby sitting with proper health and safety precations provided. Located in the heart of the Santa Rosa Beach local community, in the midst of beautiful new construction and down to earth long time residents, this house offers an opportunity to experience the life of a local area resident away from the congestion of the beach highways. The house is under eight minutes from the ocean beach and the bay beach! Use your own vehicles or use a Lyft/Uber. Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar is one of our favorite places to watch the sunset near Dune Allen Beach nearby after diving for sand dollars. They have awesome fresh fish dishes. Stinky’s Fish camp is also nearby, and we love their Cajun flair within walking distance of public beach access. Grayton Beach State Park is also very close. The park offers paddle boarding on the lake as well as beach access. Growler Garage near Dune Allen Beach offers a selection of over forty craft beers on tap. We often get beer and walk barefoot back to the beach. Get exceptional ice cream and sweet treats at Pecan Jacks next to Growler Garage! We recommend watching sunsets over the bay at North Beach Social / Farm and Fire or the Bay restaurant. We love their pizza, whole fish, and cocktails. Local favorite with swimming access. Coffee snob? Our favorite is Black Bear cafe, amazing breakfast and bread, pastries, restaurant, and bar near Grayton Beach. We work there from our laptops and absolutely love it.
