The courtyard with the private pool is where you will find yourself every evening, either by the seating area, or simply by the lawn enjoying a friendly visit by a family of peacocks, if you’re in luck. Everything at this homestay is upcycled and repurposed which is aligning with our vision of using sustainable materials. Let me walk you through the space : Property Structure : Ground + 1 Villa Bedrooms - There are 2 Bedrooms in the Villa.1 Bedrooms on the ground floor, 1 Bedroom is on the first floor. - Each Bedroom has king-sized beds. Extra bedding available on request - All Bedrooms have an air conditioner Living Room - The living room has a sofa seater for 5 people. - The living room has a dining table for 6 people. - There is a cooler in the hall Bathroom - The Villa has 2 attached bathrooms and 1 common washroom - Basic toiletries are provided. Towels are provided. - Geysers are available in all the bathrooms. Kitchens and Meals - There is a kitchen in the apartment - There is a microwave,stove, refrigerator available on the property. - Drinking water available. - Cooking is not allowed on the property. - Caretaker can cook at an additional charge. - Cutlery and crockery are available. Outdoor Area - The Villa has an outdoor pool and a terrace area. House Rules  - Music is not allowed in the Villa till 10pm  - Smoking is allowed in the common areas of the villa. - Pets are not allowed in the villa Additional Amenities - 2 Secured parking space available - Mosquito repellent can be provided to guests, if required. - BBQ and bonfire can be provided at an additional charge Please Note Due to COVID 19, the locals and municipal corporations are not permitting tourists. Kindly get in touch with us before reserving the property. We may not be able to host in case, there are issues from the local municipality corporations. The Villa is a standalone property with a good approach road. The market is at a 1km distance from the Villa. Jaipur, popularly known as the Pink City of India, is the largest city in the state of Rajasthan. It is also the capital of Rajasthan. Known for Hawa Mahal, Jal Mahal, Amer Fort, Jantar Mantar and several other places to visit, Jaipur has numerous stories to tell. Private vehicle is recommended. The property is amidst nature. Food left outdoors may invite insects and animals. For mosquitoes, repellents are available, but we advise closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house. A refundable security deposit of INR 5,000/- will be collected upon arrival. The amount is refundable if the total number of guests does not increase, the checkout time is adhered to and no damages are done by guests.
