Clifton Farm House

Clifton farm house is located on a working farm in the Clarens countryside and offers guests a beautiful and peaceful stay. The farm is ideal for hiking, bird watching and mountain biking, followed by a few drinks round the fire. The house is suited to accommodate 4 guests in two private bedrooms each with own bathroom fitted with bath and shower. All doors open out onto a large patio overlooking the mountains and farm. The house has an outdoor braai for guests to use. The space The Clifton farm house is one of three houses on Clifton farm. Each house close to each other but with there own private yards. Please note that owners do have there own dogs in there yard. Clifton farm is a working farm that means that you will be around farm animals. The house itself is spacious and private. With big bedrooms. Guest access The House is located on a farm and it has a 1km gravel road. Please note that sports cars, or cars with very low ground clearance might not be able to drive the road. But is easily accessible for normal cars, and suv no need for 4x4. Other things to note Clifton farm is a working farm. Please if you are not a country person or a animal person this accommodation is not for you. We do not service the house every day for long stays we will service and change bedding after 3 days. If you would like daily service you can arrange it in advance. Please not that this will be at a extra cost of R200 that will be payable to the lady that will do the cleaning in cash. There is a wood burning fireplace in the house for cold winter nights. We supply you with the first nights fire wood. We make use of borehole water, please note that sometimes "wild animals" or "farm animals" might interfere with our water flow. Unfortunately this is part of farm life.
