"LE CHALET" in the heart of the vineyard

This atypical accommodation located in the heart of the Épernay vineyard, just 1 kilometer from the city center, will seduce you thanks to its originality but also its location: you are here in the countryside in the city! A rare type of accommodation, fully equipped, it will be the perfect base for your stay. The space Equipped with a clean main living room (ceiling height 2.05 m), the chalet has everything you might need: a kitchenette (ceiling height 1.87 m) fully equipped with complimentary welcome coffee and tea and basic ingredients. On the first floor is a first PASSING bedroom (bed 160x200) followed by a second independent bedroom (bed 140x200) with desk area. The bathroom and toilet are in the extension with a small hallway equipped with a large dressing room. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and has Wi-Fi and TV. You have at your disposal a beautiful unoverlooked terrace facing south with barbecue, table and benches. The garden, well shaded, will allow you to spend good times with family or friends to enjoy the view of Épernay, its vineyard and its captive balloon. For the parking of your vehicle, you have the possibility to park it just in front, on the street side or to enter it in front of the cottage.
