Come enjoy this cozy and centrally located 1-bedroom garden suite with private entrance. Patio with firepit and BBQ, a large fruit and vegetable garden, orchard, and chickens. Four blocks to Haggen grocery store, restaurants, and cinema at Barkley Village. Three blocks to the Railroad Trail with access to Lake Whatcom, Whatcom Falls Park and Galbraith Mountain biking trails. Easy access to Mount Baker Highway. Bike and gear storage is available by request in a private, lockable shed. The space The suite has a private entrance but it shares a soundproofed wall with the house where we live. The double lot yard is beautifully landscaped and fenced, providing a private, quiet experience. This home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. We welcome guests of all races, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations. Unfortunately we are not able to make this apartment ADA accessible due to stairs in the entryway and narrow spaces. Please note that this is a small suite with a kitchenette, not a full kitchen.
