Everything you need from shopping, relaxing and even commuting is only a walk away while staying close to parks, playgrounds, forests and even beach front lakes. Our place has bus stops, a commuter train station, grocery stores and a shopping mall all no more than a 10 walk away. Inside we have anything you need from working remotely to getting your rest and relaxation including a jacuzzi and sauna. The space You'll love enjoy our jacuzzi bath after a long day sightseeing, hiking trails or working remotely. Then you can plop down on the couch for Netflix and chill on our 65" TV with surround sound, watch the sunset from the balcony and finally call it a night curled up on the king size bed. If you're traveling with kids we have playgrounds just outside. Guest access The whole condo is yours to enjoy. We have a shared sauna that you can book a time to use. The outdoor space is shared with neighbors which includes picnic tables, barbecue grills and playgrounds. Other things to note Our key fab let's you into the building, the trash building, booking sauna times and entrance into the sauna room. Places of interest nearby include Rudan, Handen train station, ICA Nära, Haninge centrum and Port 73. The sea, årsta havsbad, is also only as 13 min drive away.
