In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have - on the 1st floor! - of our large, older house, we have three rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us, friendly furnishings. At the entrance of the Ötztal valley, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 min) and car (parking at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region has to offer. The farm shop, bakery and butcher are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village. The space Spacious and friendly premises, with large window fronts. 3 rooms - each with 1 double bed and a single bed, shelves, wardrobe, table and 2 chairs. The dining room offers a spacious dining area, as well as a couch zone with a 2-seater and 3-seater couch and round coffee table. The fully and generously equipped kitchen has coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper. Bathroom (2 sinks, shower, bathtub, washing machine) extra toilet (with sink ) spacious hallway, which are available to our guests to make themselves comfortable - feel like home! Guest access Entrance with parking next to the house. Main entrance in front of the cherry tree, bell. Spacious stairwell Entrance for the premises of our guests on the 2nd floor, long hallway to the rooms. Information: Entrance to our family apartment on the 2nd floor. Other things to note Coffee and tea, sugar, salt and pepper are available in the fully and generously equipped kitchen. The dining room offers a spacious dining area, as well as a couch zone with a 2-seater and 3-seater couch and round coffee table. In the front part of the hallway is a separate small residential unit (room and kitchen) for other guests.
