Ground Floor has an open plan Kitchen Dinner and Lounge. The space Ideally located for anyone wanting to commute to Royal Derby Hospital as it is only a 5 minute drive. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, the room is part of a 4 bedroom Townhouse and comes with a modern en-suite. Guest access During your stay you can prepare your meals in a modern kitchen which is well equipped and enjoy a relaxing meal in an open plan kitchen diner and lounge. There is a dedicatedcar parkspace for only 1 car, hence cannot ensure access however, there is free off road parking next to the park.
