Located at the 4th floor with an elevator, the flat has a lot of light and a very nice balcony, south-west oriented. The whole flat is very calm, giving on a small street and the backyard. Plagwitz is a very nice neighbourhood, with a lot of parcs and 5min by foot to the Karl-Heine Kanal, that is super cute. There are many supermarkets in the area. The flat is located 30min by tram from the train station. The space There is : - one sleeping room (east oriented), with a memory foam mattress bed - the living room(east oriented), with a sofa bed, I can add a desk if you want to work remote - the kitchen, with all equipment (except microwave) and a washing machine - the bathroom, with a bathtub - a balcony (south-west oriented), giving on the backyard Other things to note Please, be respectful.
