Also, community centers with swimming, exercise, pools (designated adult only & family), pickle ball, pool-tables, ping pong, book libraries, multiple groups to join and of course largest number of golf courses in USA. Please note all outside entryways, including garage interior, have 24/7 security video surveillance. Interior occupied spaces & enclosed Pool areas have no surveillance. Pool exterior doors have Wi-Fi connection to maintain "locked outside access" per insurance requirements. Front door entry is via digital security keypad which automatically locks 10 minutes after access. Other things to note Private residence pools by state statutes require Safety alarms to be activated if children 18 & under ever present in residence or pool area. We intentionally do not normally rent to families for this reason but will consider upon request. Guests who have visitors with young children must adhere to parental/adult supervision & activation of Safety alarms as stated in House Rules.
