1 Bedroom Private Suite Close to White Rock Beach

Relax & enjoy your stay in a beautiful 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom private suite, steps away from Peace Arch park and border crossing. This guest suite features a private entrance, reserved parking, full kitchen, laundry, and a living room complete with Cable TV, Netflix, and Wifi. Situated in the quiet Summerfield neighbourhood in South Surrey, you are a 5 minute drive to White Rock beach, 10 minute drive to the Morgan Crossing shopping district, and a 35 minute drive to Vancouver airport. The space Our guest suite features 1 bedroom with a queen size mattress, which sleeps two people comfortably. There is 1 bathroom with a full size tub and shower. The living room area includes a three seat sofa, a 55" TV complete with cable and Netflix, and a dining table that seats four. The kitchen features a full size fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. We also provide our guests with all the required kitchen utensils, glassware, dinnerware, and pots/pans. To make your experience as comfortable as possible, we provide an initial supply of essential items such as coffee, laundry detergent, shampoo, toilet paper, and more. For stays of longer duration, guests are kindly expected to replenish these items as needed throughout their stay. You will have your own reserved parking space adjacent to the rear entrance of the house, which leads directly to the suite. To gain access to the guest suite, you must enter the property through the fully fenced/gated backyard. Please bear in mind that there are 10 stairs that lead down to the front door of the suite. Other things to note For your safety and our safety, there are outdoor security cameras at the front of the house, the sides, and the backyard.
