Spacious and light two room apartment on top floor in cosy and quiet neighborhood. A shared outdoor patio with a nice lawn and private furniture is also free for use. The tram station is a 2 min walk away from the apartment where the trams take you in to city center in 10-15 min. 400 m away you’ll find the closest grocery store and a 7-10 min walk will take you to a huge recreational area with lakes and running tracks around Härlanda tjärn/Skatås/Delsjön. The space It’s a house from the 1940’s with a lot of details from that era still showing in the apartment. The apartment has windows in two directions, is on the third floor and gets a lot of light. The kitchen and bathroom was renovated in 2015 but still has original doors and other charming details. The kitchen is fully equipped except for a coffee machine. The bed is 120 cm and can be shared if you’re feeling cosy but it’s also possible to sleep on the couch with a set of extra sheet, pillow and duvet. Guest access You will get the entire apartment to yourself. Other things to note As you might know Sweden is famous for it's dark winter periods and bright summer periods. To fully benefit from these periods the apartment does not have any curtains or blinds as per today. In January the sun rises between 8 am - 9 am and sets at 3 pm - 5 pm and in the summer it rises around 5 am and sets around 11 pm.
