We are just 18 minutes from Moyobamba and 15 minutes from Tioyacu. Guest access In the city we travel anywhere with motorcycle taxis: the cost is 3 soles to the whole city. Other things to note Property Rules and Policies: 1) ● For the safety of minors (due to stairs and other areas) and for the protection of the property, at the moment we do not accommodate minors under 11 years of age. No strangers, vendors, or others who are not on the reservation are allowed in. Guests are 100% responsible for any damage or theft. 4) ● Please take care of our plants throughout the house. We dedicate ourselves a lot to the care of our plants and we love them very much, and we always keep track of each one of them from the smallest to the largest. Each one is like a daughter to us. A fine will be charged and will be reported with airbnb if this rule is violated. 6) ● The tenant is responsible for any damage caused within the property during their stay, so we recommend taking care of the property as if it were their own. 7) ● It is important not to throw papers or waste into the toilets to ensure the proper functioning of the bathrooms. 8) ● It is recommended not to leave the bedroom lights on at night so as not to attract any kind of insect 9) ● It is strictly forbidden to park linear motorcycles or bicycles inside the house. If this rule is not followed, you will be asked to pay a guarantee for damages to the floor and you will be asked to leave the property without any right to any refund of your money. 11) Smoking ● is prohibited in the bedrooms (except for odorless electronic cigarettes). You can smoke in the other areas of the house, such as the dining rooms, terrace, balcony, and garden. We would recommend smoking on the terrace or garden, we would be very grateful. RESTRICTIONS AND PENALTIES. 15) The house is ● not rented to under 21 years of age who go alone. The person renting the house must be 21 years of age or older (fully responsible adults), and their companions must be 11 years of age or older. 16) Check-In ● is after 3 PM . If there is availability before you can do Early Check-in otherwise 3 PM is the earliest. 17) • Check-Out is no later than 11 in the morning. However there is a time limit for check-out which is 12 noon at this time the cleaner can already enter and make use of the house to start cleaning. For the next guests. If you do not leave the property until noon, you will be charged one more day of stay when the deadline is passed. Low Season - $56.00 per night ● All other dates not included in the high season * On these dates the house has a minimum rental of 2 nights WARRANTY: ● The house has specially chosen furniture and implements with a lot of effort some brought from abroad from far away countries. to make your stay as pleasant as possible. That's why we're covered by an Airbnb warranty called AirCover: Insurance of up to $1 million for damage caused by guests to the accommodation, including valuables, decorative items, art pieces, and other supplies, as well as deep cleaning coverage for unexpected cleaning expenses, and damages if the house is not returned in the same condition as it was at check-in.
