Comfy, well equipped RV in beautiful Maryville!

Need a clean, comfortable place to rest your head? Our driveway is not a vacation destination but you'll find yourself in a peaceful, safe neighborhood where you can relax or head out to explore the area!! Perfect for a business traveler! Toiletries and linens are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare meals. Wifi, TV with Blue Ray, lots of movies, games and more make this a perfect place to enjoy some down time or just use for a place to get a good nights sleep. The space Our RV, "Weekend Therapy," sits in front of a long wall of privacy trees and beside our driveway. We are in a quiet cul de sac in a peaceful and safe neighborhood that is perfect for taking walks. We also have his and her bikes you are welcome to use. If you have never stayed in an RV before, it is a little bit different from staying in a house or hotel. We'll walk you through the use of things either in person or with instruction sheets. Once you understand it, you'll enjoy the space even more! The space is ideal for two adults There is a queen bed in the bedroom, two small closets and drawers. If additional beds are needed, the sofa will make into a 3/4 bed. The kitchen is well stocked and everything works very well so if you want to whip up a pan of brownies, no problem. The refrigerator and freezer are ample but not huge. The dinette is ideal for two people but probably a little crowded with four. A storage ottoman is available to use as an additional seat at the table. We have a cabinet full of movies, games, and books so if your goal is to get away for some quiet, down time, "Weekend Therapy" may be the ideal spot. The bathroom is a spacious open area between the living/kitchen area and the bedroom. a spacious drawer and closet A sliding door separates it from the kitchen and an accordion screen provides privacy between the bedroom and bathroom. Do note that this is an RV with a 6 gallon water heater so if you like long hot showers... this probably isn't the place for you! It's an easy adjustment to make. Just think "water conservation" and you'll be fine. It's a good thing! :-) Guest access This is a quiet neighborhood perfect for walking or you can borrow our bikes (Adults, his & hers) if you'd like. There are not outdoor amenities provided so count on this more as lodging than a camping experience. Other things to note House-broken and well behaved dogs are allowed with limits…Two small (<20 lbs) or 1 medium to large (<60 lbs). No cats or other animals allowed and dogs may not be left unattended in the RV. $500 fee charged for breaking this rule. Thanks for understanding! Remember that this is a RV and while the shower is a decent size for a RV, the hot water tank is only 6 gallons. If long hot showers are something you love... sorry. Hopefully the other great qualities of our place will offset that!
