The cottage has been in our family for nearly 4 decades. Just 3 blocks from the water inside the Lakeside gates. Parking in front and one on the north side driveway. A/C unit in both bedrooms and dining room,wi-fi, cable. Master Queen and hallway bathroom with shower stall. Guest bedroom with trundle bed. laundry room downstairs with washer dryer, sink, toilet room, and shower stall downstairs. kitchen with small eating area, electric range, dishwasher. Large screened porch Grill The space It is just a few short blocks from entertainment and restaurants. Guest access All of it except locked area under stairway. Other things to note You must pay LAKESIDE GATE FEES AND POSSIBLE PARKING FEE per person and auto fee to stay here during the season of June to August. THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED.
