Casa Térrea is located in the overlook of the Morro da Fumaça neighborhood. Located on the 1st floor of Casa Azul, it has a separate entrance, a balcony with a sea view (from the overlook) and consists of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, a fan, a mosquito net, bed linen and bath towels. 2 bathrooms, 1 with accessibility, a living room with 2 single beds and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. We have a beautiful garden, parking, Wi-Fi and a barbecue area. The space The place is ideal for couples or for a family, or group of friends of up to 8 people. If you are looking for a good location with tranquility, our Casa Térrea is a great option. We are just 300 meters from the central square of Cumuruxatiba where there are food stalls, restaurants and further on are the supermarkets, pharmacies, handicraft shops, bus stop and other needs. Pier Beach is just 500 meters away and we offer special pedestrian access that ensures ease and practicality for coming and going. Casa Térrea, as you can see in the photos, is an accommodation that is part of Casa Azul. It is located on the 1st floor of the house and has a totally independent entrance. For you to understand and visualize the space's architecture, Casa Azul has only 3 types of accommodation. The Casa Térrea in question, located on the 1st floor, the Apê Família and the Kitnet located on the 2nd floor. Each with its own entrance, access and parking. All designed so that each guest has privacy and comfort. Casa Térra is located within the Canto do Mar site, with a total area of 7,000 square meters full of coconut trees and other fruit trees, a large lawn, many birds and a barbecue area to enjoy. Because we are located on a quiet street, we combine easy access to get around the village and silence to rest. Four-legged friends are very welcome. Just let us know. We have ample indoor parking (uncovered spots) offering comfort and convenience for those arriving by car. The kitchen of Casa Térrea is equipped with a 4-burner cooktop, refrigerator, pots, blender, sandwich maker, dining appliance and other utensils. Other utensils you need and can't find, just ask us and we'll provide them. All the outlets in the village of Cumuruxatiba are 220V, so in our Casa Térrea the voltage is also 220V. Guest access Free access to Casa Térrea and the entire outdoor area of the Canto do Mar site. The barbecue area is for common use and can be used freely without prior scheduling. Just follow the rules for using shared space. Other things to note Rosi is our dear Co-Host and operational manager of the space. She will handle all communications and will be present at the space to welcome you from Monday to Saturday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., which is our check-in time. We work with a very efficient system of service through WhatsApp, and Rosi, with her friendliness and promptness, does an excellent job of hosting. Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Depending on the time of arrival (if you arrive outside the hours of in-person reception), we offer the option of self check-in.
