The Little Blue House

City of North Charleston Short-Term Rental Permit 2023-0007. A smaller pet friendly home that sits on the outskirts of downtown Charleston. The little blue house is conveniently located just off of I-26 between major tourist attractions in both North Charleston and Charleston. Suited for up to 4 guest, the house offers everything needed for a trip to this wonderful city. The space Little Blue is a 2bd, 1bth 650sqft newly renovated cottage. It offers guest exactly what they need for their short-term visit to Charleston. Two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed. A queen size pullout couch is in the living area for extra guest. There is a smart TV located in the living area and the master bedroom along with two large closets in both bedrooms. Stackable washer and dryer outside the bathroom with a standing cabinet that stores towels, detergent and toiletry for guest. The full kitchen offers guest a high top table for two, an electric stove/oven with a microwave over the top and a new stainless steel refrigerator. Through the kitchen and out the back door guest find a large shaded back yard and a charcoal grill for cooking. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house, the back yard and parking in the driveway for up to 3 vehicles. There is no street parking or parking on the grass allowed. All belongings left by previous guest will be discarded. Anything that may be of use to the next guest or that is still within the expiration date will be left for others to use. Other things to note Updated 08/2024 Guest have recently made us aware of neighborhood dogs that bark a lot. This is something that I have not noticed while cleaning/doing yard work, but I want future guest aware of the chance of barking dogs occurring during their stay. There is one security camera on the premise. It is located outside of the house and is incorporated with the motion sensing flood light that overlooks the driveway. Three cars can fit comfortably in the driveway now, but once the privacy fence is installed, it will depend on guest's car size whether or not three will fit. Because the previous owner did not take care of the premise and construction has been occurring for 2+ years, grass was ruined. It is slowly growing back. G Please stay on the sidewalk or the walking path in the front yard to keep traffic off the growing grass. There is no dishwasher. Guest are provided everything needed to hand wash their own dishes prior to checking out. Doggie bags for pets are located in the drawer next to the front door. I ask that guest clean up after their pets in the yard and discard in trash can. Upon leaving the house, please return thermostat to 76 during the summer/70 in the winter. To turn on Roku TV in living room, press the power button underneath the LG symbol in the middle of the TV. The Roku remote does not have a power button for tv.
