Welcome to our light-flooded attic apartment, perfect for a relaxing getaway amid the Palatinate Forest. There are 3 other parties living in the house. Please note: The bathroom/toilet is open and without a door. The apartment can be reached via a staircase that leads into a private anteroom, which is separated by a stylish, satin glass door. Your vacation starts here! A handmade, solid wooden staircase leads you to the living area, where you will find a cozy dining area with a round table, two chairs, a fully equipped kitchen and a small sofa. A corridor, which blends harmoniously into the sloping roof, leads you to the open bedroom (double bed 140 × 200) with adjoining, also open-plan bathroom. The entire apartment is characterized by an open space concept without closed rooms. Large windows let in a lot of light, and thanks to blinds and roller blinds, the apartment can be darkened if necessary. A noble oak parquet floor creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. Enjoy the magnificent view of the Palatinate Forest and use the apartment as the perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours. Here you will find a true oasis of peace to relax and escape the ordinary. One parking space is available in front of the house. Please note: Wi-Fi is not available in the apartment.
