Rest assured you will not be disturbed during your stay, we do not do double bookings. Take a moment to read over these details and feel free to message with any questions you may have. NOTE - no WiFi available. Please bring Hotspot Greatroom hosts a beautiful decorative fire place, piano and billiard table for your use. Multiple LoveSac sofas can be made into a giant sectional or beds (counts as part of our sleep options, sheets provided). As with any portion of the home, please be respectful as if it were your own. Smoking and vaping are restricted to outside only or screened in room: 4twenty friendly. House hosts two full sized bathrooms. The largest bathroom has a luxurious soaking tub and laundry room, no shower. The second is a standard bathroom with tub/shower combo. Bedroom #1 is on the first floor and in close proximity to both full bathrooms. The bed is a 12" memory foam mattress on a pull-out bed. For those with sensitive back or necks there is a foam mattress topper in the upstairs closet. Bedroom #2 is a sleeping loft on the second floor. Hosts two full size beds and one sofa bed and half bathroom. Guest access Entire home and expansive wood deck and screened room are private and exclusively for AirBnB guests during your stay. Back yard space is shared with owner and family but most often is just a short-cut to barn. Other things to note Property is across from freight railroad track. Trains are irregular but do not blow whistle till farther down the line. If you are a light sleeper please plan to use a white noise machine or app just in case. There is no access to quality internet out here. Plan to bring a cellular hot spot for extensive internet needs. Cellular data is usually sufficient. The kitchen is very well stocked. We provide all household products needed including laundry and dish soap. There are fire extinguishers provided. Our refrigerator is stocked with condiments and frozen items left by previous guest. We sort through regularly to get rid of expired or worrisome items. If you’d like all the food cleared out please let me know as we are happy to do so. Children of all ages are welcome but there is no baby proofing and we do not have baby amenities such as cribs or high chairs. Property owner not responsible for injury or death while on property. Feel free to meet all of our four-legged friends on property but please DO NOT feed any animal, domestic or otherwise, unless food has been provided to you by host.
