The space Both bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and at least one closet and 4k smart TVs. The bedside lamps have outlets and USB ports for charging your devices while you sleep. The living room has a roomy sofa and a large 4k TV for relaxing after your adventures. The newly renovated kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dinnerware, plus some spices, for when you'd prefer to stay in and cook. Our back deck is perfect for sitting outside to enjoy the sun or grill out. The deck overlooks a large fenced-in backyard for your pups to run around in. Guest access There is a carport that will fit one car, and the open driveway comfortably fits two cars. We are available by texting for any questions you may have during your stay. Other things to note There is a mowing service that may need access to the property at times. We'll do our best to give you a heads up if/when that happens. Guests are given two checkout options. By default they have a discounted cleaning fee if they do a short list of checkout instructions. The second option is paying the full standard fee charged by all rentals in the area and guests can leave it as is.
