Exceptional location right in front of the ocean, where there are no other buildings or noisy streets to block not only the stunning view, but also the relaxing sound of the wawes. Total tranquility and mindfulness! Our place is apartment/duplex, built on two levels. At the entrance level you have a very spacious and bright open plan living room/ dining/ kitchen area, and it is fully equipped for a comfortable stay: kitchen has big fridge with freezer, oven, stove, sink and dishwasher, microwawe, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer, all the necessary dishes, silverware and cutlery; living room area is equipped with elegant sofa-bed (it folds out into a comfortable double bed, so we are ready to accomodate up to 4 persons in the apartment), big flat screen TV, coffee table, and there is also a built in wardrobe. Spacious dining area with dining table for 4 guests. On this level there is also a full bathroom with shower. First floor terrace is equipped with outdoor dining furniture, and there you have stairs that bring you up to the upper level, which is also a top level of the building. On the top level you find yourself in a big terrace/solarium, with outdoor setee furniture, 2 comfortable sunloungers and a barbeque grill. There is also a spacious bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and en suite bathroom with shower. Also, for your comfortable stay, you will have a home office space with desk and a chair, there is a small fridge for cold drinks and a washing machine. You will have fast and stable WiFi connection throughout the apartment, and for the hot days there are ceiling fans in the bedroom and in the living room. We have a baby travel cot and high chair, so families with the little ones are welcome. Guest access Our guests will have the apartment entirely for themselves. They will also have unlimited access to the complex swimming pool. Other things to note Please note that apartment is duplex type, built on two levels. There are stairs from the lower floor terrace that takes you up to the second floor of the property. Please a note of that, in case you have any mobility issues. We kindly ask you to close (roll in) the terrace awnings everytime when you are not using them, or when it is windy to prevent any potential damage. Thank you for your cooperation. We want to inform you in advance that due to the older plumbing system in our building, there may occasionally be an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms. Please rest assured that this is not related to cleanliness. Unfortunatelly this situation can't be solved in individual apartment and this place might be not suitable for persons sensitive to smells, please consider this before booking. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause and appreciate your understanding.
