We do our best to maintain a quiet and comfortable environment for all guests. Guest access Guests will have full private access to the entire basement unit. This includes two bedrooms, a living room area, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for five, and a private entrance. You will also have a reserved parking space. Feel free to relax outside using the backyard seating area during your stay. Other things to note ✧ Enjoy central AC and heating throughout the unit for a comfortable stay. ✧ Temperature controls are located on the upper floor; feel free to text me anytime if you would like any adjustments. ✧ Please note that footsteps and sounds from the hardwood floors upstairs may occasionally be heard, even at night, but we are mindful and do our best to keep it controlled for your comfort. ✧ No smoking is allowed inside the property at all. ✧ If you need a late check-in or check-out, just let me know at least 24 hours in advance, I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.
